Ready-made dry marinades
Tandoori Marinades for Chicken, Fish, Lamb and Beef
Bring bold, home-cooked flavour to chicken, fish, seafood, lamb or beef with our ready-made dry marinades. Choose the blend for your protein, coat it and leave it to marinate for 45 to 60 minutes before cooking.
You can apply each marinade directly to dry meat. You can also wet the meat lightly with water first to help the coating cling. No egg, yoghurt, oil, or lemon needed. Our range suits weeknight dinners, family meals and BBQ cooking without bowls of wet marinade or cupboards full of spices.

- Apply the marinade directly to dry meat, fish or seafood. For extra grip, wet the surface lightly with water first.
- Turn each piece until the seasoning covers all surfaces.
- Cover the container and marinate in the fridge for 45 to 60 minutes.
- Cook using a suitable method for your chosen protein and its size.

Fish and seafood
Tandoori fish and seafood in the oven, air fryer or pan
Fish needs less cooking time than chicken, lamb or beef, so choose your method according to the thickness of the fillet. King prawns need their own cooking time based on size.
Our Tandoori Masala for Fish suits
- Cod and haddock
- Salmon and sea bass
- Tilapia and basa
- Other white fish fillets
- King prawns
Air fryer
Coat and marinate the fish or king prawns, then arrange them with space around each piece. Set the air fryer no higher than 160°C. Check the food during cooking because thin fillets and small prawns cook sooner than thick salmon portions.Pan
Use a pan suited to the fish and follow the cooking instructions for your pan. Turn fillets with care to keep them intact. Cook king prawns until the flesh turns opaque and the centre reaches a safe temperature.Oven
Place the coated fish or seafood in an oven-safe dish or on a suitable tray. Use the fish pack and oven instructions to select the cooking time and temperature. Thick fillets need more time than thin fillets. One blend for two proteins
Tandoori masala for lamb or beef
Use our Tandoori Masala for Lamb Marinade with lamb or beef. Coat the meat, refrigerate it for 45 to 60 minutes and select a cooking method suited to the cut and thickness.
Small pieces and strips cook faster than thick cuts. Kebabs also vary according to the size of each piece and the spacing on the skewer. Follow the meat pack instructions and check the centre before serving. For minced lamb or beef, burgers, sausages and meat formed around skewers, cook until steaming hot throughout with no pink meat. Whole cuts of lamb or beef require different food-safety checks because you can sear the outside while leaving the centre pink. Follow UK food-safety guidance for your cut.
Oven, grill, air fryer or pan?
Oven cooking
The oven suits chicken, fish, lamb or beef when you want a hands-off cooking method. Choose the temperature and time for the protein, cut and weight. Keep raw meat trays away from cooked food and salad ingredients.Grill and BBQ cooking
A grill or BBQ gives chicken, lamb or beef a charred finish. Turn the pieces during cooking and prevent raw juices from touching cooked food. Check thick pieces at the centre before serving. Fish can break on grill bars, so use a suitable tray or basket if you choose this method. Our fish marinade also gives you easy routes through the air fryer, frying pan or oven.Air frying
An air fryer suits chicken, fish and some lamb or beef formats where the appliance instructions allow. Keep the temperature at 160°C or below. Leave room around the food and cook in batches if the basket feels crowded.
Pan cooking
Pan frying works well for fish fillets, king prawns and suitable pieces of chicken, lamb or beef. Match the heat and cooking time to the protein. Clean the pan or use a fresh pan before heating sauces or cooked accompaniments.

Inspired by home-style cooking
Family-inspired flavour with less preparation

Each dry blend gives you a clear match for chicken, fish and seafood, or lamb and beef. You choose the protein, apply the marinade and cook.Ready-to-use flavour
